The mission of AANM is to support our members in providing quaility rental housing in New Mexico. We consider this innovative insurance program as an important new service.
Insurance One has had the privilegeof maintaining an outstanding reputation in the New Mexico business community, and we want to bring that same ease of doing business to the association and it members. With Kelly Jenkins as our agent dedicated to the multifamily program, we look forward to serving the insurance need of association members.
Increased Coverage
We have developed specialized insurance programs specifically designed to meet the unique needs of the multifamily industry. Our programs offer as much as $500 million in building replacement costs and over $75 million in general liability coverage. This assures that your days of wondering if you have adequate insurance coverage is over.
There is no aggregate limit. At the time of a loss, the limits replinish themselves and you have another $500 million in building coverage, $75 million in general liability.
We also have carriers that will write the standard $1 million / $2 million general liability limits as well as building limits specific to your property.

With Insurance One and the Apartment Association coming together, we have negotiated discounted premiums for association members. You are not only getting the best product, but you are getting it at he best possible price.
Carrier-specific Bonuses
Several of our insurance carriers also provide additional value-added services. These services include free legal advice for policy holders, free loss control recommendations and on-site visits. We will provide an insurance program tailored to your specific needs.
